So, I’ve decided to go vegetarian for a week. I’ve been catching a lot of colds/flu and decided to work on my health a bit. I just visited my local open-air market and picked out some nice fresh fruits and veggies.
I love fresh veggies and fruits anyway, but decided to take it up a step and cut out outside junk-food as well. Also, getting back to juicing. I’ll try to post updates on here each day or two on how this goes.
